Claire and Steven : Maternity

It's so much fun for me when I get to photograph couples who's wedding I shot. Well Claire and Steven are one of my favorites. Claire, Steven and the gang became instant friends. They were married back before we had a blog...but here are some images of them from their wedding day!!

So anyway...this lovely couple is expecting the arrival of their little girl Laila next month!! How exciting :)  They were in town last weekend and it was the perfect time to do maternity portraits. Congratulations to Claire and Steven as your start your family. I'm just so honored to have been able to document this moment in your lives.

Roberts (and husbands) Family Portraits

I had a recent session with this wonderful family. I came to know them when we shot Jessica and Dave's wedding back in 2008. We had such a great time shooting their wedding and getting to know them better. Well, Jessica has two sisters and now that all the girls are married, they wanted to get some family portraits done that included the husbands.

We had the perfect day for the shoot. The light was great, the temperature was comfortable and everyone arrived with a smile on their face! Thanks so much inviting me to document the growing family. Be sure to let me know when there are babies :)

Rhonda's 40th Birthday Celebration

Bonjour! Yes...I feel like speaking French today :)

Anyway...thanks so much for checking out the blog. Below are some images I shot at a wonderful event last Friday night. It was the birthday celebration of Rhonda ... one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I met Rhonda when she hired me to shoot her husband's surprise birthday celebration last year.  I was so honored to have been invited to document her 40th birthday celebration as well.

The event was held at All Occasion Celebrations..also known as AOC! Krystal and Eric did a beautiful job with styling the event. I loved all of the touches of black and white throughout. From the black and white zebra stripped candles to the lighted crystals placed inside of a beautiful vase. One word...gorgeous! The venue was elegant and the cake was FABULOUS! Much like the guest of honor herself. The food was prepared by none other than Chef Alix of Saute' Bliss. Quite delicious!!
